Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

The Service lets you describe a business process, receive an AI-generated process maturity audit and improvement roadmap, draft improved processes, track action items, and take Lean Six Sigma courses and certifications. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that contains another person’s personal or confidential information without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the proprietary Praxis Fortis Process Maturity model, its scoring logic, or any underlying source.
• Probe, attack, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your process descriptions, documents, and related inputs). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the Service, including sending it to our AI provider to generate your results. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content. The audit results and improved processes generated for you are yours to use for your own business purposes.

• The Service offers a free tier, one-time credit packs, and paid monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Paid features draw from a credit balance (wallet). Subscription credits refresh each billing period; one-time pack credits do not expire.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the plan or credits you purchase.
• Except where required by law, purchases of credits and amounts already used are non-refundable. We may change prices on a prospective basis with notice.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Audits, scores, roadmaps, improved processes, and assistant replies are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your situation. They are not professional, legal, financial, accounting, or consulting advice, and they do not create a consulting relationship. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on or acting on it. We do not guarantee any particular result.

Praxis Fortis is an independent training provider. Our courses and certificates are our own credentials and are not affiliated with, accredited by, or endorsed by the Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) or any other external body. Certificates verify completion of our course and exam only.

We own the Service, including its software, design, content, the proprietary Praxis Fortis Process Maturity model, and the Praxis Fortis name and marks, except for the content you submit. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property other than the right to use the Service as permitted here.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output will be accurate or meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxis Fortis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Praxis Fortis harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account and data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Indiana for any dispute that is not otherwise subject to an alternative resolution agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
